Vinyasa Flow – Prerecorded


In this class we will focus on intentional breath, connecting mind with body while opening up our hips & hearts!

This flow features my alignment-based creative sequencing that will challenge and ground you. We are working towards an eka pada koundinyasana II – one of my absolute favorite arm balances and one of the first I was able to come into. Try it out, or take one of the modifications I provide!
